In the The CCTV footage it showed clearly showing the moment a well-dressed man stole two phones.

 
 
 
 
 

It was gathered that the sad and appalling  event by the adult man happened inside an electronics shop in Ibadan, Oyo state

 
 

The man had come to the store pretending he wanted to buy some items. He then reached for the phones which were his main targets, after he had succesfully distracted the shop attendant.
