Lamidi Apapa, the self-acclaimed factional leader of the Labour Party (LP) was seen fighting over a seat in court today, May 17.

Apapa many believed to be attempting to take over leadership of the Labour Party since the presidential election and petition was filled, got a favourable court ruling last week pending the determination of the party’s leadership lawsuit by a federal high court.
In court this morning, he was spotted fighting over seats reserved by members of the party, while he claimed that he seat should be made vacant for him, a voice as heard in background asking him to clarify if he’s a legal party official.
