Some clubgoers have been spotted in a viral video, pausing to mourn Davido’s son, Ifeanyi. While there is no a sound confirmation from the Adeleke’s at press time, several news outlets have reported that the 3-yea old died by drowning.

Linda Ikeji’s blog reported earlier that the tragic incident occurred on Monday, October 31. Ifeanyi died after drowning at his father’s Banana Island home. He was rushed to Evercare Hospital in Lekki where he was pronounced dead on arrival.

In the video making rounds online, some clubgoers paused to mourn as Davido’s hit song “stand strong” came on. It came with the caption “this song hits different now”.
