Mazi Nnamdi court trial which was scheduled for 10th November 2021, didn’t go quite as planed for most parties, especially for the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB. INnamdi Kanu was almost tried in the absence of his lawyers when the operatives of DSS denied entrance to some members of the Ohaneze and his legal team.

He was brought into the courtroom around few minutes to 10am, amid tight security at the court house. He complained that security agents denied access to some of the members of his legal team, which now includes his lawyer, Bruce Fein, from the USA, to the courtroom.
Reacting to the incident, Mazi Kanu’s legal team staged a walk-out over the denial of access to some of his legal counsel by the operatives of the Department of State Services, DSS.

While Kanu was left alone in the court in the absence of his legal counselors, it was about to get heated when he confronted the DSS who told him that he had no right. The feud was quickly dissected and calmed.
Speaking on the incident that happened at the court, Bruce Fein who is also a legal counselor to Kanu moved that he’ll be seeing the FG at the International Criminal Court, following how his own rights were violated.
