Kanu will appear before Justice Binta Nyako, at the Federal High Court, after an emergency hearing was held on December 2nd, 2021, which his presence wasn’t needed.
Mazi Nnamdi Kanu was seen in court sharing greeting with legal counselors, led by Bar. Ifeanyi Ejiofor, he was also seen wearing the same fendi dress as he did on the first day of his hearing wherre he pleaded “NOT GUILTY”

Kanu is still facing a 7-coun t charge of terrorism which has been amended to to 15 count charge by the federal government on Monday. His crimes include agitation for a Biafran nation, insulting the president as well as others.
