Update On Uromi Bank Robbery! Thankfully Ubiaja youths were able to block Ubiaja Road by the rail line. This forced the robbers to abandon their cash- ladden vehicles off the rail line and flee on motorcycles.

The vehicles and cash have been recovered. An arrest as also been made. God will reveal all the perpetrators. The blood of the innocent Will hunt them down. Kudos to the brave youths, God will not let the miscreants go unpunished

Recall that armed daredevil robber invaded and robbed up to 5 banks simultaneously on Thursday, so far six persons have reportedly lost their life in the incident, including a female police officer. 

The gunmen attacked commercial banks in Uromi, Esan North East Local Government Area of Edo State, The incident took place on Thursday afternoon, February 24, and videos shared earlier showed residents of the area scampering to safety as the gunmen shot sporadically.
