Uche Nwosu, a former governorship candidate in Imo state and a son in-law to Rochas Okorocha, a former governor in Imo State has been abducted by Unknown gunmen.

 
 
 

Uche Nwosu was abducted this morning Dec 26th at the St. Peter’s Anglican Church, Eziama-Obaire in Nkwerre Local Government Area of Imo State.

 
 
 

Nwosu and other members of his family were in the church for the outing Service of their late mum, Madam Jemamah Nwosu, who was buried last weekend when he was abducted.

 
 
 

According to eyewitnesses, the gunmen stormed the church while service was still on and shot into the air before bundling him into the trunk of a waiting vehicle.
