Recall that Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua were set to fight earlier this year but the match was scrapped after an arbitration judge ruled in favour of Deontay Wilder’s trilogy with the Fury, which Fury won at the 11th round.

 
 
 

Anthony Joshua not fighting Tyson Fury, took on former unified cruiserweight king Oleksandr Usyk, but was defeated by the Ukrainian. Fury now thinks that Olympic silver medalist Joe Joyce is a bigger threat in the ring than Anthony Joshua.

Tyson Fury Names his Biggest British Heavyweight Rival and surprisingly it is not the British boxer with Nigerian descent, Anthony Joshua. This was disclosed in a recent interview, he said:

 
 
Olympic silver medalist Joe Joyce is a bigger threat in the ring than Anthony Joshua
 
 

“He’s the best one out there, that’s what Tyson’s opinion was. Can he go all the way? Yes he can. He’s got a good ticker, a big heart. He’s strong, he walks forwards, he is the ‘Juggernaut.’ “Whoever he’s in there with, you know they will have a problem getting rid of him. He’s a tough guy. He can fight a bit. He can punch.”

 
 
 

At the time of this publication, Joe Joyce has won 13 professional fights undefeated  and recently signed a new deal with Frank Warren’s Queensbury Promotions in August.
