Popular Nigerian afro singer, Tiwa Savage, has again revealed and confirmed the person she was thinking off when she wrote one of the hit song “Somebody’s son”. The 42 years old mother of one disclosed that the song is not about relationships but about Jesus Christ.

 

She made the revelation during a performance, video during her performance, she added that her, people told her the song was not going to be a hit because it relates to just women, thus would be one sided.

 

 

However, she corrected the narrative because everyone needs somebody’s son, ‘Jesus Christ’ and that was where and how her song which later turned out to be a hit, got its name “Somebody so go Love me One day” and a lasting impression,  Tiwa said;

 

“They said this song would not be a hit because only females will listen to it. Men are not going to sing Somebody’s son.

“But you know when I wrote this song, I was not thinking about a relationship but Jesus Christ because he’s the real somebody’s son.

“So I said to doubters that people will relate to this song whether you’re a man or woman because we all need somebody’s son.”

 

 

However, a twitter user who shared a video of Tiwa making those claims during a live perfomance, insinuated that the Afro singer was just telling lies. The user posted the video on Twitter, with a caption which reads;
