Ace Nollywood actor and producer, Ugezu J. Ugezu, has said that money very disturbing place in the centre of organized religion, especially in the modern society. 

 

He said this why addressing the repeated events of what seems to be becoming a tradition in recent times, where the ordained bishops and clergies only attend events of only the rich people in the society.

 

He shared this on his verified IG page over the weekend, events and occasions, like burials and weddings, rarely attracts the bishops, especially if it’s organized by a poor member of the church / society. 

 

In his words, Ugezu J. Ugezu said;

 

Money has a very disturbing place in the centre of organized religion. The only burial the Bishop anchors is that of a money family. The only marriage the Bishop takes the centre stage is that of the money family.
