There is an ongoing unrest at YELWA along GWALAMEJI, Federal polytechnic in Bauchi State after police officers allegedly shot dead 2 individuals who were attempting to cause political unrest in the area.

The cause of the shooting which led to rest death of the victims are still sketch, but there are reports that some redidents are now making attempts to set the YELWA Police Station on fire in retaliation.

Road users are therefore advised to avoid the area for the mean time as the protesters have block the road and vehicles turning back due to to ongoing crises in the area that is already escalating.
