A Strange Man has been found and saved from Inside a wall of a NYC State theatre after getting stuck for two days. Firefighters were called at about 19:30 local time (11:30 GMT) on Friday, November 5, after someone was heard banging on the wall and pleading for help in-between the walls of a theatre in Syracuse, New York.
Occupants who head the man’s s.o.s believed the man was stuck inside the crawlspace for two days. According to local media said, rescuers had to cut through the theatre’s walls to rescue the man but surprisingly he was found him wearing his birthday suit.
Syracuse fire department said it was not clear how the strange man gained access to the crawlspace behind the wall. or why why he wasn’t wearing any clothes when he was rescued.
But Landmark Theatre director Mike Intaglietta disclosed that the man had earlier been seen wandering around the building earlier in the week.
This was confirmed by some employees who saw him, though they couldn’t place his location and assumed he had left, Mr Intaglietta
“I don’t know if he was entering to keep warm or to use the bathroom. I don’t know,”
However, John Kane, deputy chief of Syracuse fire department, told local US media that the man hid in a crawlspace for two days and became trapped after he fell inside the wall of the theatre’s male bathrooms.
Police said the man was suffering from a mental illness and would not be charged or identified for obvious reasons.
