Bayern Munich sports director, Hasan Salihamidzic, has said that Senegalese star, Sadio Mané, still needs time to get used to the German League, Salihamidzic who described Mané as one of the best football players in the world, sad that he needs time to find his foot in the Bundesliga despite netting 3 times in his first 3 games at the club.

 

However, the Senegal international failed to score in his last five games, including two blanks in the Champions League before the international break. Salihamidzic also revealed that he regularly speaks with Mane, who he described as one of the best players in the world.

 

 

Speaking on Mane’s situation at Bayern, Salihamidzic told Bild: “Sadio still needs a bit of time. He has to get used to the Bundesliga, but he will – I speak regularly with him.

 

 

“Sadio is one of the best players in the world, we will still have a lot of joy with him.”

 

 

Mane joined Bayern Munich from Liverpool during the summer transfer window.
