Real Madrid and Croatian ace midfielder, Luka Modric, has opined that the  prestigeous UEFA Champions League, is Los Blancos’ competition. He made this known during his ore-game interview ahead of Real Madrid’s Champions League semi-final second-leg tie with Manchester City on Wednesday night at the Etihad Stadium.

 

 

He said;

“The sensations are very good. We have to enjoy this game to the fullest. What we are achieving is something big, and we have to enjoy this moment,” 

 

“It is just that we have played these games many times. And I see in my mates, tranquillity. Playing the final would be impressive. “It is a huge game… and we feel comfortable.

 

 

We like the Champions League, because it is our tournament. The feeling is of comfort and that is why we have won so many times. Because self-confidence is enormous. What we believe in is our quality. We will give 100%.”

 

Real Madrid, 14 times UCL Champions, is expected to be on their full form today at Etihad stadium, after they had a 1-1 draw with Manchester City at Estadio Santiago Bernabéu last week, at the first leg of the semi-final fixture
