A Nigerian realtor has narrated how a client of his spent over ₦125m in buying a duplex at a particular estate in Lekki for his 19-year-old girlfriend.

 

The real estate agent revealed that he was shocked to learn that the expensive house for his girlfriend and not his mother, or wife and kids.

I once helped a client secured a N125m Duplex in Lekki. The funny part was that he actually bought it not for himself nor his wife bu 1 for his 19yr old Benin (Edo State) girlfriend.
