Poplualr Anambra-based funny skit maker, Ekwutos Igbanugo, fondly known as sis Ekwutos, has called out Por Hacourt based skit maker and comedian, Emmanuel Chukwuemeka Ejekwu, fondly known as Sabinus, or Mr Funny.

 

According to sis Ekwutos, his group organized an entertainment show in Oko Polytechnic, paid the sum of ₦5m to Sabinus, but the organizers and fans were both left disappointed after they were made to stay a long hours and Sabinus wasn’t there.

 

According to Ekutos in a Live video he shared on his Facebook page, the show was supposed to hold on the November 27, but after making all the required arrangements, including taking care of the logistics, him and his team didn’t hear again from Sabinus, and their efforts to contact him were abortive.

 

In another rising matter, a guy who spoke in the live video as the manager of the show, asked Sabinus to do live video and exonerate him, by saying that he (Sabinus) was paid for the show which he didn’t attend, adding that his own life is now being threatened, by some angry group who accused him of scam.

 

Another person who spoke on the video maintained that they are proceeding to take legal actions towards Sabinus, and then sue him for damages he caused them, adding that they had to book emergency flight for Sabinus, just to make sure he came.
