The Anambra state police command has arrested one Mrs NnennaOnwanna after she was accused of perpetuallly abusing her househelp to the extent of pushing her out of their 4-storey apartment building.

 

According to a statement by the state Police command spokesperson, DSP Ikenga Tochukwu, the suspect (Female, 29 years), was arrested on the basis of attempted murder that happened at Otu street, Awada Onitsha.

 

 

Ikenga also revealed that according to the preliminary investigation, the victim, Miss Ijeoma Nwafor, (Female, 14 years), a native of Achalla, Anambra East, was pushed down from a four storey building by the suspect, when she was beating her.

 

 

Tochukwu Ikenga added that the victim was the house help to the suspect, and that the suspect has been detained, while the victim is receiving treatment in a hospital.
