The vehicle plat number of a tesla car spotted in Lagos has caused stir online among Nigerian internet users who’re both lovers of technology and those who’re not.

 

Tesla is a brand of electric car founded by the world’s richest man, Elon Musk, which doesn’t use petrol but is propelled by one or more electric motors, using energy stored in batteries, that can be recharged at almost infinite number of times

 

 

The number plate of the Tesla car spotted in Lagos read “Fuel LOL”. Twitter user @AdeyemiDavid_ shared the photo with the caption, and the single image has since then gone viral across Nigerian social media

 

 

This made waves in among Nigerians because of the rising cost of petrol in the country with has lasted months, and it it all started with the importation of adulterated petrol that ended up ruining people’s cars and engines.
