PDP Governors Don Indigenous ‘Akwete’ Fabric During Meeting In Abia. Nigeria’s governors on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party are meeting in Abia State.

They donned the local fabric, Akwete, during their meeting. The fabric had recently been made popular by the new governor of Anambra State, Charles Soludo, who has taken to wearing it.

Anambra state Governor, Professor Charles Chukwuma Soludo is also an ardent fan of Akwete clothes. He is seen in one of the pictures with his Deputy, Dr. Onyeka Ibezim.

One can easily assume that the pdp governors are beginning to implement the same as the campaigns and elections are drawing closer.
