Passenger Protest at Dana Airlines over Delay of Flights for 7Hours Without any Notice or Explanation (Video)

Abuja to Enugu Passengers of Dana Airlines are currently protesting as they demand answers and explanations at the prestigious Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja on Wednesday.

The main aim of the agitation of the stranded passengers is that their flights were delayed for more than 7hours and there was no prior notice or explanation, citing that the airline would’ve informed them on time before the began registration.

 

However, the pandemonium brought some answers through the Manager, Mr Dahiru, who said that the flights were delayed due to bad airplane conditions. He also claimed that Dana was not aware that their planes were not in good shape.

When asked to tell the difference between the initial flight time and the rescheduled time, he declined comments, claiming he did not understand the question.

As of the time of filing this report, tension is high at the airport as many passengers have now requested a refund. Some of the passengers who spoke to LatestNGnews.com, said to have lost their items as a result of the protest.


 

They called on the Nigerian government to immediately act on the incessant and unpredictable issues with Dana air.
