Bruce Fein, an international counsel to Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, has filled a Criminal Complaint against the Nigerian Attorney General, Abubakar Malami (SAN), and Justice Binta Nyako of an Abuja Federal High Court.

 

Mr Fein made this known via a tweet he shared on his twitter handle on Thursday, April 7, 2022, adding that Malami, Nyako and Kenyan president, Uhuru Kenyatta, transpired with Buhari using the resources available in both government, to commit crimes against humanity.

 

His post on his twitter handle reads;

Today, I filed a criminal complaint with the International Court of Justice against Nigerian Attorney General Malami and Federal High Court Justice Nyako charging them with conspiring with Nigerian President Buhari and Kenyan President Kenyatta to commit crimes against humanity.

 

Subsequently, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu through his lead attorney, Chief Mike Ozekhome (SAN), filed the suit marked FHC/ABJ/CS/462/2022 on Thursday, against Attorney General, Abubakar Malami, Federal Government of Nigeria, and seeking ₦50b in damages for alleged human rights violation.
