A petrol/diesel truck driver whose name was given as Mr Ejiro Otarigho, has been hailed and tagged a real life hero as he risked his own life to save the lives and properties of many.

According to videos shared online, Mr Ejiro Otarigho, drove a burning truck filled with highly inflammable liquids, out of a residential area to save lives.

Not minding his own life, He drove the truck while it was on fire away from a densely populated residential area in Agbarho Town, Ughelli North, Delta State, to a sparsely populated area to reduce the damage it would cause if it explodes.

Mr Ejiro Otarigho drove the burning truck to a bush path without houses and stores nearby. Thankfully, he came out of the burning truck alive. No life was lost.

Nigerians have gone on Facebook to hail and thank him, and tag him a “real life hero”.
