The Anambra state governor elect, Prof Charlse Chukwuma Soludo is truly serious about making Anambra state the best state in Nigeria and return it to it’s original glory.

Starting from the patronizing and appreciation of locally made goods, to saving utilizing of much public funds as possible, Prof CC Soludo is also trying to clamp down unnecessary expenses which might come from the planned swearing in and inauguration ceremony.
This also, has been reaffirmed by the Anambra state Commissioner for Information and Public Enlightenment, Don Adinuba, who stated that there will be no fanfare on the day of swearing and the ceremony will only last about 20mins.

“There is no room for an elaborate celebration because there would be only 50 persons that would be in attendance at the inauguration. Of course, there will be family members, party and officials who will be served finger foods, water and beverages.
“As a matter of fact, the entire ceremony would last for about twenty minutes and the governor would commence work immediately at Okpoko town in Ogbaru Local Government Area on that day,” – the commissioner said.
Confirming the Commissioner’s position, a media assistant to Soludo, Mr Jeo Anatune said that the commissioner may be right in what he is saying because there will be no time to waste after the inauguration.
“This inauguration will be different. One thing that is certain and it will mark a change of power without the usual fanfare,” he said.
