Veteran Nollywood actor, John Ikechukwu Okafor, popularly known as Mr Ibu, has finally spoken from his hospital bed to clear the air about his wellbeing.

 

The comic actor who is currently admitted at the kidney centre in Abuja, cleared the air, asking the public to refute claims that reports that he is in critical condition and not walking, stressing that those are all lies and false.

 

He added also that his Instagram account and his bank account have been taken over by hackers who are asking for donations on his behalf.

 

 

He said the calls for donations under the guise that he is in critical condition, are not from him, but from hackers trying to take advantage of his ill health.

 

He said people are trying to sell him because he’s sick but God won’t let their plans work. His wife, Stella-Maris was beside him at the hospital bed, urging the hackers who took over her husband’s IG account and has been using it to scam innocent fans of their hard earned money, should stop it.
