After the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB has given an order banning all activities of involving the use and/or sell of Crystal Meth or Methamphetamine popularly known in most south-eastern part of Nigeria as Mkpurumiri. Some youths still decided to go against the order and involve themselves with the substance.

This comes barley 24 hours LatestNGnews.com reported that the Nnewi Youth have declared war on Mkpurumiri, cocaine, Thailand, Tramadol, Codeine, and or any other   substance of such.

However, luck ran out them as the vigilante officers received a credible intel of a suspected crystal meth smokers den in the community, after series of investigation, they group decide the raid the den today, 27th October 2021, during the last Saturday morning environmental cleaning exercise.

During interrogation, one the culprits who gave his name as Josiah, pleaded in his defense that he was truly a Thailand smoker but wasn’t arrested in action. He claimed he only came to pickup his car he parked at his friends house when they house was raided and was arrested.

The other culprit on the other hand confessed to be an avid smoker of the substance, stressing that he started smoking it after he returned to Nigeria from China. Onyeama as he gave his name together with his accomplice pleaded for the  for forgiveness as their both wives and kids stood by the side and watch.

LatestNGnews correspondent who was present in the community hall where they were paraded, made efforts to speak to the security chief commander of the community, but was turned down by his secretary to claimed his boss doesn’t talk to the press without a prior invitation or notice.
