Mazi Nnamdi Kanu: Judge Warns DSS Against Blocking Court Premises Ahead of Feb 16 Trial

Justice Nyako of the Abuja federal high court has warned the operatives of the Department of state services, DSS against blocking the road, premises and entrance of the court where the Mazi Nnamdi Kanu will be tried tomorrow, 16th Feb. 2022.

Justice Nyako stated that the DSS can only take control of the court security arrangement when the trial of the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu resumes.

The high court Judge who disclosed that the trial of other cases are affected during Kanu’s arraignment, postponed the IPOB leader’s trial till 1pm on Wednesday, February 16 to ensure that other cases are accommodated.

 

 

Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is expected to appear before the judge with a change of clothes, but latest report by counsel Ifeanyi Ejiofor, reads that the DSS still refused his clients to have a change of clothes.
