Manchester United star forward, Cristiano Ronaldo, and his partner, Georgina Rodriguez, have announced the passing of passing of their new baby boy.

 

The 37-year-old striker made the announcement on via a post he made on his social media pages on Monday, including instagram and twitter. He also revealed that the doctors did their best to save both babies, but the baby boy didn’t make it.

 

 

He shared a lengthy post which was made in his local language, then shared a summarized english translation of the announcement on his verified twitter page. The post reads;

 

It is with our deepest sadness we have to announce that our baby boy has passed away. It is the greatest pain that any parents can feel. Only the birth of our baby girl gives us the strength to live this moment with some hope and happiness.

 

We would like to thank the doctors and nurses for all their expert care and support. We are all devastated at this loss and we kindly ask for privacy at this very difficult time. Our baby boy, you are our angel. We will always love you.
