A Nigerian man raised alarm for help after men of the Lagos state Traffic Management Authority, LASTMA, accosted him when his car broke down on the ever-busy third mainland bridge in Lagos state.
According to him, the officers made efforts to toll his vehicle to their office where he might be forced to pay a fine.
The man was seen telling the LASTMA officials, that his car just broke down, that he didn’t just stop and park there, which according to the traffic officials, is a traffic offense.
