A plus size African lady has gone down on her knees to accept a wedding proposal / engagement ring fro her man. The video since after it was posted online has gone viral as it has raised both praises and critics.

In the video, the excited lady knelt down as her man flaunted the engagement ring he got for her and thereafter proceeded to slip it in her finger.

While some people applauded the lady and said she exhibited good traits of humility, others knocked the man for failing to be a gentleman by being the one to go down on his knees.

There’s been several controversies about who should go on her knees to propose or accept engagement ring. Some Africanists have argued that this isn’t the ways of the African, that was adopted by the western colonization and thus needs to be dropped.
