Engr. Kingsley Okorafor, a top official of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), has regained his freedom and has reunited with his family Imo state.

 

Engr. Kingsley Okorafor, was abducted on Saturday morning, July 16 2022, and his kidnappers requested that a ransom of 10m would be paid to secure his freedom. However, it is unclear if the ransom was paid or not.

 

A family source, who pleaded anonymity, confirmed his release to The Nation on Sunday, July 17, the source said;

 

 

“I can confirm to you that my brother who was earlier kidnapped on Saturday has regained his freedom and has reunited with other family members,” – said the source to the Nation newspaper
