Abdulmalik Tanko, the proprietor of Noble Kids School and the prime suspect in the killing of 5-year-old  Hanifa Abubakar has been arranged in court to face charges.

 
 

He was arraigned together with 2 accomplices  before Magistrate’s Court 12, sitting at Gidan Murtala, Kano.

The court is presided over by Magistrate Muhammad Jibril.

 
 

The suspect is currently being arraigned alongside his two accomplices, Hashimu Isyaku and Fatima Jibrin.

 
 

They are charged with Criminal Conspiracy, Kidnapping, Concealing/Keeping in Confinement a Kidnapped Person and Culpable Homicide, contrary to Sections 97, 274, 277 and 221 of the Penal Code.
