Justice Binta Nyako at the federal high court in Abuja today renewed an order given to the Department of State Services, DSS that Mazi Nnamdi should have a change of clothes before his next court appearance which is scheduled on Wednesday, 18th January 2021.

Justice Nyako said and made it absolutely clear that she does not want to see Nnamdi Kanu on same clothes again. She also cited that the detained leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, had been coming to court in same wears.
Kanu’s case was adjourned till Wednesday, janaury 18, after he made his complaint that the Federal Government failed to promptly serve him the fresh 15-count amended charge it brought before the court.

However, before adjourning the case till Wednesday, trial Justice Binta Nyako ordered the Department of State Services, DSS, to allow Kanu to have a change of clothing.

However, Despite the hiccups faced by the gallant IPOB supporters at the Abuja high court, they still show braveness, stood their ground and sang in solidarity with Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.
