Gboyega Akosile, a press Secretary to the Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu’s has confronted a motorist who he saw driving against traffic in a a one-way lane on Third Mainland Bridge. He compelled the driver to drive back & take the appropriate route.

 

Gboyega Akosile shared a video of him confronting a man for driving against a one-way lane on Third Mainland Bridge and revealed that he persuaded the man to reverse right there and go back, then follow right right lane.

 

 

Gboyega added that the male driver got lucky because the taskforce didn’t arrive on time otherwise they would’ve arrested his vehicle. He shared his encounter via his twitter page, as he added a clip from the incident, with a caption which reads;

 

I can’t understand why some people have boldness for criminal acts. I stopped this driver, taking one-way just by the edge of third mainland bridge.

 

I made sure he reversed to face traffic. He was lucky that I was alone and the Task Force didn’t make it there on time.
