Full list of the 52 Broadcasting stations NBC revoked their licenses- The National Broadcasting Commission (NBC) earlier today revoked the broadcast licenses of Silverbird TV, AIT, Raypower FM, and Rhythm FM and 48 others, over failure to renew their broadcast licenses.

This was disclosed by the Director General of the NBC Mallam Balarabe Shehu on Friday August 19. NBC added that these broadcasting outlets have serval outstanding debts to be cleared, and they didn’t meet up with their payments even after they were granted a certain grace period.

NBC maintained these stations who’re not complaint with the commission’s notice, and still went on air to relay their broadcasts, are herby considered illegal and constitutes a threat to national security.

The commission also announced that it has revoked the licenses of these broadcasting houses, and given then 24hours to shut down their stations, adding that law enforcement agencies have been deployed to make sure that these stations adhere to these order.
