This comes after barely 7 days many south-east passengers called out Air Peace for allegedly doubling and tripling the air fares for south-east routes, which the company has come out to defend as well as explaining how flight ticketing is been shared at equal prices across all routes.
It is worth mentioning that the first commercial flight landing in Anambra wouldn’t have been possible without the clearance given on December 1 by the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority for commercial operations to resume at the Anambra cargo/passenger airport.

There was fanfare at the airport on Tuesday afternoon, Dec. 7, as the first commercial flight landed in the state, just in time for the Christmas holidays that sees many indigenes travel to their ancestral homes in the Southeastern state.
There were green and white balloons at the airport to welcome travelers. Anambra indigenes have taken to social media to rejoice over the new development, which among them was Chizoba Diamond Ejiofor, National Media & Publicity Secretary at Senator Victor Umeh Support Group.
