There has been a serious fire outbreak at plank and wood section of the Plank Market In Ejigbo, Lagos. Residents flee for the scene as they are scared of their lives.

It was gathered that no one has been able to figure out the cause of the fire, but it is clear that it quickly escalated because of the inflammable woods and other building material which was sold at the market.
Resident report that the fire outbreak began late Friday and it completely razed a section of the Plank Market at Jakande Gate, Ejigbo area of Lagos.

While some say it started around 9pm at night, after several shops have closed for the weekend.
Men of fire service was arrived to the scene but were not able to save all the burning shops.
It was later gathered that about 294 shops, two bungalows and several other valuable items were lost in the inferno which lasted for hours.
