Jack Sweeney, a 19-year-old Aerospace engineering has been contacted by world’s richest man, Elon Musk, to take down a twitter bot that he’d created to be tracking the movement of Elon’s Private Jet.
 
 
 
Citing security concerns, Elon engaged the teen in a conversation via DM, offered to pay him $5k (₦2.5m) just for the boy to taken down the twitter bot.
 
 
 
Instead of Jack to take Elon on his offer, he requested that he should be hired at Elon’s company, Tesla or SpaceX, as an intern.
 
 
 
Besides the ElonJet Twitter bot, it is reported that young tech enthusiast also built some other twitter bots used in tracking other private jets owned by Amazon CEO, Jeff Bezos, and Microsoft’s Bill Gate.
 
 

He’s college freshman studying information technology at the University of Central Florida, of all his bots, elonjet seemed to the most popular, and the attention probably discomforts Elon, due to the security challenges it might posses in the wrong hands.
