Gospeller, author and supposed convener of the the Harass Buhari Out of New York protest- Reno Omokri has reacted against the claims made yesterday by the AG of the federation – Abubakar Malami, of Declaring State of Emergency in Anambra given the increasing bad state of security in Anambra.

 

Note that yesterday 6th October 2021, the Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami, announced after the FEC meeting which general Buhari presided, that the Federal government may declare a state of emergency in Anambra ahead of the November 6 governorship election.

 

Ever since making that threat, there have been several reactions against it with one of them been from them Don Adinuba – Anambra State Commissioner of Information who said It’s Outrageous for Malami to Threaten Anambra With State of Emergency, while speaking to Channels Television’s ‘Politics Today’ ( a current affairs programme monitored by The PUNCH).

 

On the issue of Declaring State of Emergency in Anambra, author, free #freeleahsharibu activist and gospeller Reno Omokri reacting via his Instagram page, wrote;

 
 
 

”Abubakar Malami’s threat to declare a state of emergency in Anambra may very well be the spark that ignites what he can’t put out. How can you leave Borno, Yobe, Kaduna, Zamfara and Niger (where Boko Haram controls 500 communities) and declare emergency in Anambra?

 
 
 

This is what happens when the government is so imbalanced that there is not a single Igbo in the National Security Council. Meaning there is nobody to defend their interests from people who see Igbos as a mere dot in a circle.
