Court Grants Jaruma Bail After 4 Days in Jail, Gives her Conditions for her Bail

Hauwa Sa’idu Mohammed, popularly known as Jaruma has been granted bail by the Upper area Court in Zuba, Abuja.



Her bail comes after the presiding judge Barrister Ismail Abdullahi Jibril, heard her case and said that the charge against the aphrodisiac seller is bail-able.


Jaruma is facing a four-count charge of ”defamation of character, criminal intimidation, injurious falsehood, and publishing falsehood to incite the public to hate against Prince Ned Nwoko, Regina Daniels’ billionaire husband.”



After she was petitioned, arraigned and subsequently remanded in prison, Jaruma pleaded not guilty to the charges and her lawyer applied for bail which the judge granted on Friday, 28, January, 2022.


However, as part of her bail conditions, she must present one surety on grade level 12 working in FCT, Abuja. had reported earlier on Thursday that Regina Daniels had explained the reason for Jaruma’s arrest, maintaining that it was never because of the disagreement between her and Jaruma.
