Chrisland School Speaks on the Suspension of the R@ped Student Who Got Suspended After Representing her school in Dubai Competitions

The Management of Chrisland School has broken it’s silence about a female student of theirs who was suspended after it came to light that she’s been [email protected] molested by a fellow student when they went for a competition in Dubai.

The school in her own defense, stated that the said young girl was involved in a “truth of dare” with other student, at the time they were in Dubai in March 2022, to participate in the World School Games between March 10-13, of this year.

 

Adding that they’ve not had any escapade or allegations like this in over 40yrs of excellence, the school took several measures to maintain their strict policy against indiscipline, and that includes suspending the young pupil, despite being one of their lead athlete. The People’s Gazette shared a copy of the letter which reads in parts;

“In line with our core values centred on discipline, Chrisland Schools have zero tolerance for any improper behaviour and misconduct,” the school said in a letter signed by its principal Georgia Azike.

 

 

The school said other schoolmates who took part in the game had been suspended, adding that the girl and her parents did not cooperate during its investigation.

 

 

 

“Consequently, [name redacted) is hereby placed on indefinite suspension until you as the parents ensure that she is punished, adequately counselled and rehabilitated,” the school said.
