Chidinma Ojuwku Trial Stalled due to Fouled Evidence

Chidinma Ojuwku’s which was scheduled today, 9th November has been Stalled, as the defense counsel cries foul over proof of evidence.



Miss Ojukwu, a 300-level Mass Communication student of the University of Lagos, who is who was arraigned before Justice Yetunde Adesanya of the Lagos state high court sitting in Tafawa Balewa Square on Lagos Island over an alleged murdered Usifo Ataga, the chief executive officer of Super TV.



During her last hearing in October, Chidinma, her co-accused Adebayo Quadri, pleaded not guilty to the nine-count charge  and the case was subsequently adjourned to November 9 for the prosecution led by the Director of Public Prosecution from the Lagos State Ministry of Justice, Olayinka Adeyemi to open its case against the accused persons.


The case was adjourned to Thursday, November 11 to enable the prosecution to amend the court processes.
