Ahead of the Anambra November 6 governorship election, Prof CC Soludo of All Progessive Grand Alliance, (APGA) has called out Senator Andy Uba of the the All Progressive Congress (APC) as a kidnapper and a mastermind of certificate forgery.

Prof CC Soludu made this claims today, pointing out that Andy Uba kidnapped a sitting governor under former President Olusegun Obasanjo’s regime. Also hinting to the suit marked no FHC/ABJ/CS/1211/2021, filled on October 8, 2021, at the Federal High Court, Abuja, says that the Form EC9 submitted by Uba to INEC was full of false information.
Prof Soludo in his words to Andy Uba;
“You don’t have a Senior School Certificate Examination result. Did you obtain a Senior School Certificate Examination result Certificate in 1974, did you? It’s a forgery!
The Senior School Certificate Examination May/June 1974 Statement of Result purportedly issued by Union Secondary School, Awkunanaw, Enugu, Enugu State, under the Enugu State School System and allegedly bearing the name of Uba Emmanuel Nnamdi with Candidate Number 05465/089 is false.
It said that in 1974 when Uba left secondary school, the WAEC (4th respondent) did not conduct Senior School Certificate Examination (SSCE).

Prof Soludo further disclosed this and more speaking in the Anambra governorship election debate which was organized by Arise TV., he further disclosed;
“My Co-debator[Andy Uba] by my right kidnapped a sitting governor,”
The Anambra governorship election will come up on November 6th 2021 amid serious security challenges posed by the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB.
Ngige, now the Minister of Labour and Employment, was the first civilian governor to have survived what is best described as a “civilian coup” in Nigeria’s political history.
The “coup” was masterminded by a clique of high-handed godfathers in the state when the former Governor was abducted and kept for nearly 12-hour siege in Awka.
