Carlos Henrique Casimiro, fondly known as Casemiro, has made his debut goal for Manchester United since after joining the reds at Old Trafford from Real Madrid, in the summer transfer window. The 30-year old Brazillian midfielder got his goal, which cancelled, Jorginho’s late minute penalty, through a heading, with an assist from Luke Shaw, with few seconds left at the clock.

The match which had a goalless first half, saw 2 goals within the last 5minutes of the game + stoppage time. United controlled the first half of the game until Graham Potter made a tactical change, replacing Marc Cucurella with Mateo Kovacic and creating a more balanced midfield with both sides playing tactical tit for tat, making forays into each other’s defensive positions.
But Jorginho broke the deadlock with his goal from the spot in the 87th minute after McTominay was penalised for manhandling Broja during a corner kick. In the 94th minute, with two minutes to go, United clawed back the result through Casemiro as his header bounced off the post and passed goalkeeper Kepa, passing over the line.

The result is the fifth straight draw between both clubs, and leaves United one point behind Chelsea for fourth place in the table, and 21 and 20, respectively. Speaking after the game, Ten Hag said: ‘We dictated the game’
“I have to make a big compliment to my team. To fight back with a fourth game in 10 days, you see the spirit and how they deal with setbacks. Really good.
“First half Rashford had two big chances, Antony one against one. You have to score goals in such moments because in top games three chances is massive. You have to score. “We dictated the game and I am happy with that. If you concede a goal late it is difficult.
“Eight minutes before half time we had some troubles but defence in the second half we didn’t have troubles. The second half we didn’t really create big chances, but also Chelsea didn’t.
“I think it is a fair result. I would have been disappointed if we had gone without a point because we didn’t deserve that. At the end of a tough week to come here, you bring the point home.”
