Breaking News! Ojodu Grammar school Suspended by Lagos state Education Commission

Following the rioting by the student of Ojodu Grammar School which has cause civil unrest in the area since yesterday after the heavy duty trailer slammed and killed several school students who were returning home from school.

The Lagos state government through it’s ministry of of Education has suspended the Bab Fafunwa Millennium School, Ojodu, formerly Ojodu Grammar School until January 2022.

 
 

The temporal shut down comes after police failed to restore order and civility in the area duty to students who burnt down the trailer and other taxi in the area after their fellow students were killed in a horrible motor accident.

The suspension was announced by The state Commissioner for Education, Folashade Adefisayo during her visit to the school earlier today, when she on Wednesday morning, December 8.

 
 

She also said the state government will release an “explicit” statement later in the day containing an official death count and more details about what led to the tragic accident.
