The Federal Government of Nigeria has finally admitted to have not taken Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, the former Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, from Kenya and renditioned him to Nigeria. This update was shared on twitter on Tuesday after by Mazi Somto Okonkwo, in a tweet which reads;

Recall that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, is currently facing trial before the Federal High Court sitting in Abuja, had through his team of lawyers led by Chief Mike Ozekhome, SAN, approached the appellate court to query the legal competence of the charge pending against him. Sharing an update on his twitter page after the court was adjourned, Somto wrote saying;
