A video has surfaced online which shows the moment local bikers saved a man who attempted to take his life by jumping into the Lekki-Ikoyi Link bridge earlier on Thursday, 10th March, 2022

It took the bravely of some local bikers to intercede after they jumped in after the suicidal man and prevented him from falling into the lagoon so as to end his life.

Eyewitnesses gathered that man climbed over the bridge to the solid structure on the other side then tried to jump into the lagoon.

Thanks to the selfless effort of some bike men who were present at the vicinity, they immediately went in and held him from jumping off the structure he was on.

There’s been several cases of suicide by jumping into the Lagos lagoon in recent time, of which one them claimed the life of a depressed , 21-year-old HND holder Odunare Olalekan.
