A Nashville, USA medical doctor has raised an alarm in the hopes of raising adequate awareness to warn the general public about the dangers of Covid after a patient Autumn Nugent, had her hands and feet amputated as a result of complications from the novel virus.

Autumn Nugent is a mother-of-three and she’s had her hands and feet “taken by Covid”, Dr Wesley Ely, according to the revelation by the doctor, who posted a clip on twitter about Autumn Nugen which showed her being fitted with a prosthetic leg, while her hands and upper legs are wrapped in bandages.
He narrated briefly that the mother-of-three became ill with coronavirus which was left properly attended, and it led to blood to clot in her body system which resulted to the loss of her limbs in the quest to save her life. The doctor narrates in his tweet;

“Her physical resilience and mental fortitude are my inspiration,” “She sent me this video of her walking with new legs and said to tell you that blood clots of Covid can be prevented with a vaccine. “Covid-19 is a disease of blood vessels that can affect your lungs, heart, brain, or any organ. “Blood clotting sucks life from vital organs.
“This patient asked to have her story shared so that others may learn and seek vaccination.”According to the doctor, complications from the virus can cause blood clots, which is thought to result in wounds that resemble burns. It is not clear where she had contracted the virus from, but it was “attacking her lungs” and had “invaded” a surgical wound in her arm.
Dr Ely added: “Her life is forever changed This is the reality of what can happen to a very young and totally healthy person. “Life goes on no matter how hard the curveballs are that we are thrown. There is hope for tomorrow. “Her love of her kids and sisters is driving her onwards.”
In a message to anti-vaxxers, the doctor said: “Covid patients want to get vaccinated and many have asked you to reconsider. “Do your part and share her story and its message of hope. “Make her courage to share worth it!”
