The Everton player too to his social media account to express his gratitude, via a statement. This is coming after the Super Eagles lost 1nil to Tunisia  in the Round of 16 match on Sunday January 23.

 
 

In the statement, he issued on Instagram, Iwobi thanked fans for their support during the tournament and promised to bounce back with the team.
