Cross River State Governor, Ben Ayade’s, Special Assistant on Strategic Communication, Andrea Ekeng Inyang, has issued an advice to several Nigerian ladies who are in fond of saying or suing the expression “I am in serious relationship with my boyfriend”

 

The governor’s aide revealed to such women that a serious man will not date a lady for more than one year before marrying her, he also reminded such ladies that until they’re officially married, they are officially single.

 

He went ahead to stress that such ladies even go to the extent to wearing matching outfits with their man, going places and snapping pictures for the gram. He opined that ladies to live such relationship lives are actually scaring away their real and serious suitors.

 

Posting on his fb page on Wednesday, Andrea Ekeng Inyang said;

“Until you are married, you remain officially single. Stop wearing uniforms like couple around the streets with pictures of you both all over social media because you may actually be scaring off your real suitor.

 

A serious man will not date you more than 1 year. If you like hear, if you don’t continue telling people you have a serious relationship.”
